👋 Hey, I'm Jordan; a problem solver with an eye for aesthetics. I love the
outdoors, vehicles and anything that carries intentional design. I value mission over
status, always look for new learning opportunities and work to create design-driven
products in a production-optimized world.
My path as an Industrial Designer has been rather unique: I started by receiving my
Bachelors of Science in Industrial/Product Design from SFSU (With Cum Laude Awards),
then worked as an Engineer on a team who made automotive accessories. There, I got to
learn from the in-house manufacturing machine how products are really made and how to
consider manufacturing from the start of the design process. After 2 years there, I got
the urge to go out on my own and start BenderWorks, my solo, end-to-end hard goods
design studio. There, I helped over 10 clients with 25+ unique products, at various
stages of development across Sheet Metal, CNC, Injection Molding and 3D Printing
disciplines.
